董立峰,生于1972年9月,中国特二级烹调师,擅长各式食品雕刻和中国主流菜系的热菜烹调和厨房管理工作。先后在青岛海天大酒店(五星级)、青岛远洋大酒店、德州美丽华大酒店等星级酒店任主厨和厨师长。 董立峰精通烹调理论,热爱烹调艺术,在发扬中华传统美食的基础上不断进行创新,开发了很多深受贵宾喜爱的新菜品,并多次在烹调大赛中获奖。 其雕刻作品惟妙惟肖,栩栩如生,让顾客在品尝美味的同时,沉浸在浓厚文化和高雅艺术的享受中。 Mr. Dong Lifeng, born in September 1972, is a super-class II chef in China. He is a master of food carving and Chinese cuisine and good at kitchen management. He has been working in several well-known star hotels such as Qingdao Haitian Hotel as chief chef or chef general. Mr. Dong has an excellent command of culinary theory and skills and developed a great variety of new type dishes which have gained prizes in some major Chinese cuisine competitions.
